When you can cancel an SS Traders order and how refunds are issued.
You may cancel an order until it is marked Shipped. Use Track order with your order number, or call +91 62824 08016 / email hello@sstraders.net.
Cash-on-delivery cancellations before dispatch do not require a refund. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method after the gateway confirms the reversal.
Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot pull it back. You may refuse delivery; the parcel returns to Gonikoppal and we then process a refund minus actual return freight for prepaid orders.
Opened spice or dry-fruit packs cannot be cancelled for hygiene reasons.
We may cancel if an item is out of stock, a payment fails, or we cannot verify the delivery address. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full in those cases.
