Food-safety rules for spices and dry fruits, plus how we handle damaged parcels.
Unopened, unused packs reported within 48 hours of delivery if the seal is intact and the product is unused.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours with photos of the outer box and the pack. We will replace or refund after we confirm the issue.
Opened spices, ground masalas or dry fruits (food safety).
Goods stored in humidity, mixed with other items, or returned after 7 days without our written approval.
Approved prepaid refunds are started within 3 working days. Banks and UPI apps usually show the credit in 5–7 working days.
COD orders that are refused or returned unused are closed with no collection. If you already paid the courier, contact us with the receipt.
